"When I opened my first salon I was just 21 years old & had NO IDEA what I didn’t know… Now 13 years later, I am forever changed as a person - without a doubt for the better. I will undoubtedly be forever learning & am sure I still have no idea what I don’t even know yet!
What I DO now know:
✨Be very clear about what you value / your “why” - There will be times that test you & make you question your path… but if you keep these as your North Star you will almost certainly be proud when you look back at your journey
✨You have to believe deeply in what’s possible & spread that light of hope in others to help guide the way for them also
✨Teams win championships & great teams have great leadership… with that, leadership is not about being the best, most talented or intelligent blah blah blah. It’s about doing everything in your power (even on the days you might not feel like it) to help each & ever person you have the privilege to lead reach their own personal bests!
