Meet our Guest: Daryl Hych retired from the US Navy after serving nearly three decades. He is an award-winning instructor and founder of The Switzer Hych Group, a consulting firm specializing in helping New Business Owners. Mr. Hych developed an Entrepreneurship Program named Entrepreneur Think Camp, focusing on Transitioning Military Personnel, Youth, and Medium-Sized Companies.
As a business owner, he has started several businesses nationwide by taking full advantage of relocation with the military. He speaks on many different platforms, such as:
- Small, Medium, and Large Military Installations
- Youth Groups
- Churches
- Corporations
- Trainer
He is the Publisher of Tampa Pioneer, Tampa's Entrepreneurship Magazine. He is also the author of "Where Is The Chief" a book on military leadership within the Navy. He was recently elected as the First Vice President of the Hillsborough County NAACP Chapter. He has been married for 26 years with three girls and three boys as well as three granddaughters and three grandsons.
Over the last ten years, he has been a regular trainer for Military Commands, facilitating various courses. He is a frequent facilitator of training at local and national companies.
